Nowadays it’s getting more and more popular to work things out in the ring. Some celebrities want to fight their offenders according to the boxing or UFC rules. The 46-year old singer Robbie Williams is not an exception. He could think of nothing else but to challenge again the former OASIS frontman Liam Gallagher to a boxing match. Gallagher himself hasn’t agreed to it yet.
The first challenge to a fight took place about 20 years ago after Noel Gallagher, Liam’s older brother, described Robbie Williams as ‘fat dancer from Take That’. As a response, Robbie sent a funeral wreath to Noel, as if lamenting the quality of his new album. Liam joined the conflict and insulted Williams.
After that, Robbie challenged Liam to a boxing match for the first time. He did it during the 2000 Brit Award. However, Gallagher refused to fight and told him to calm down.
Williams is still confident that Liam should be punished for bullying. Honestly, Robbie can afford such sassy remarks because he is actively boxing in the gym and makes posts about it on his Instagram.
The former Take That singer told about his intentions to the famous sports promoter Eddie Hearn, and the latter promised to tackle the problem.
While neither Williams nor Gallagher made any official statements regarding the possible fight yet, you still have a chance to earn on the event. The odds that the fight will happen – 7.5.
We hope that both singers will rather continue doing what they are good at, which is singing and pleasing us with their new songs. On the other hand, we are excited to see who will win in case the fight happens.
